Experience:
2010 to 2019 – Academician F. H. Burchak Research Institute of Private Law and Entrepreneurship of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine in positions ranging from junior researcher to head of the scientific department.
2019 to the present day – Senior Researcher in the Department of Private Law and Process (part-time).
March – April 2018 –  Visiting Researcher at the Max Planck Institute for Comparative and International Private Law (Hamburg, Germany) (Max-Planck-Institut für ausländisches und internationales Privatrecht).
Since October 2019 –  Academic Consultant to a Judge of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine.

Expertise: The scientific degree of Candidate of Legal Sciences was awarded in 2013 (the topic of the dissertation was “Non-entrepreneurial societies as legal entities of private law”).
The dissertation was defended in 2012 at the Scientific Research Institute of Private Law and Entrepreneurship of the National Academy of Laws and Regulations of Ukraine.

Field of scientific interests: civil law, commercial law, corporate law, contract law.

Author: more than 250 scientific publications, including 5 monographs, 8 chapters in monographs (including in a foreign edition), 14 articles in collections of scientific works, more than 50 scientific articles in professional and foreign periodicals, and about 100 abstracts of reports at scientific events.
